The Five Universal Energies
Eventhough the Five Universal Energies are a big part of The Bridge skill in the ECT, they can be practiced as stand alone healing modality to get more clarity and even release upsets.
All thoughts and communication have energies that we send and receive.
These energies create what we feel.
Problems are problems of feelings.
Feelings move us into emotions.
E-motions are thus
energies in motion.
To become aware and being able to direct these energies, we can discern 5 major energies. We are programmed with these energies and certain shapes activate them.
The shapes were discovered and used in India thousands of years ago. They are called Tatwas.How can we recognize them?
Fire
"NO!"Represented by a Triangle, Fire is active when you are upset with someone, or when you have a complaint about something. Emotions are felt strong. It can feel like a fiery moment. You are 'in the hot seat'. The Fire energy comes forward. Your Fire sound is "NO!"
Earth
"OH."Represented by a Square, Earth as an emotion may be a cluster of feelings and sensations, as your mind tries to make sense of what is happening. You may feel boxed in, cornered and stuck as if held back by a big boulder. Your Earth Energy took over from your fire, to assess the situation. To look at what is actually going on here, what is moving in you. Your Earth sound is "OH"
Water
"OKAY.""OKAY."Defined by a black and white Halfmoon, Water is when you become more and more aware of your thoughts and feelings. Water is the energy that connects you with your feelings and you can feel it streaming. It is looking for ways out. You listen with empathy to yourself and your water moves your thoughts and feelings from: What is it that is bothering? What do i fear? What is it that i dislike? You may wonder “What is it that i rather want”. And with that you know where you want to go. Your sound is "Okay."
Air
"YES!""YES!"Defined by an aquamarine Circle, Air is the energy that can hold wishes of two (and more) individuals, it yearns to transform the water energy into a lighter, airy energy. You both are looking for options, you brainstorm possibilities. You can experience the ‘Mastermind’ at work. The togetherness kicks in. The solution and the logistics of how the wish can be executed, who is doing what and when, is a consent for both and for the situation. Your sound is "Yes!"
Space
"AH."Defined by a indigo blue Ovoid, Space The final phase is now to check whether the upset is dissolved and how each feel at this moment. You can experience the IQ of your Empathy. How all moved smoothly finally. Trust and Relief are there to enjoy. Your relationship is whole. Space literally holds space for both of you in its arms. Your sound is "AH".
